ElliottNancy L. Elliott
Director of Property Management
Nancy Elliott has been a part of the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years.  Elliott’s career encompasses property management tenures with some of the nation’s leading commercial real estate firms including Lincoln Property Company, Cousins Properties, Parmenter Realty Partners and Fifth Street Management Company. Elliott is credited with managing portfolios of commercial assets in excess of 2 million square feet and has commissioning experience in new start-up projects as well as existing buildings. Elliott is an industry leader in LEED certification and is personally responsible for the attainment of LEED EB/OM Gold Certification, LEED EB/OM Silver Certification and LEED EB/OM Certification in 4 separate assets over a 24-month period. Elliott has received numerous industry awards for her client’s assets including the Building Owner’s and Manager’s (BOMA) TOBY award. In addition, Elliott has extensive experience in base-building and tenant construction and has had direct responsibility for total building renovations and major tenant projects in excess of 300,000 square feet.

 

dortchMark Dortch
Director of Engineering

Mark Dortch, Director of Engineering, has over 30 years of extensive experience in commercial buildings and operations management. Mark began his career at InterNorth’s corporate office buildings in Omaha Nebraska, which was a large natural gas provider throughout the mid-west.  Mark worked his way up the ranks to Operation Manager at corporate headquarters. In 1986 Mark relocated back to his home town in Atlanta, Georgia. From 1986–1996 Mark commissioned and managed the operations of three new buildings, Park Place, Nikko Hotel and GLG Grand.  Park Place on Peachtree was the largest condominium in the nation at its time of completion.  The Nikko Hotel and GLG Grand mixed use buildings included hotel, office and condominiums. In 1996 Mark returned to Commercial Class A office properties including Ravinia Three, Concourse I & II, One Overton Park and Overlook III. During his tenure, Mr. Dortch has worked with leading commercial real estate property management firms such as Hines, Lincoln Property Company, Parmenter Realty Partners and CBRE.

Mark has facilitated two LEED Certifications in his career, Overlook III and 1000 Parkwood.  Overlook III received a Silver Certification and 1000 Parkwood received Gold Certification. Mr. Dortch was responsible for the oversight of the Energy Star label for each property within his portfolio.

Mark has received a certificate of completion for HVAC at Metro Technical College in Omaha, Nebraska, a certificate of completion through National Association of Power Engineers, a third grade license to operate and maintain boilers, and a Universal CFC License for recovering refrigerant. Mark is a member of BOMA Georgia. He has served on the BOMA Georgia Green Real Estate summit committee.  In 2010 Mark received BOMA’s Engineer of the Year award.  Several of Mark’s properties have received BOMA TOBY awards (THE OFFICE BUILDING of YEAR) in the following categories:   Earth, Renovated Building and Office Award.

 

pearsonAndrew Pearson
LEED AP

Prior to joining Seven Oaks, Andrew Pearson held a number of asset management and leasing positions with Hines. His day-to-day activities included a blend of property management, construction management, financial analysis and lease negotiation. During his six year tenure with the company, Pearson worked at eight office projects consisting of over 4 million square feet located throughout the Southeast including:

  • Atlanta Financial Center (900,000 sf), Atlanta, GA
  • One Ravinia Drive (380,000 sf), Atlanta, GA
  • One Overton Park (385,000 sf), Atlanta, GA
  • Deerfield Commons (120,000 sf) in Alpharetta, GA
  • Airport Corporate Center (1,000,000 sf), Miami, FL
  • Doral Corporate Center (280,000 sf), Doral, FL
  • Charlotte Plaza (625,000 sf) and Carillon (460,000 sf), Charlotte, NC

Pearson obtained the LEED AP accreditation in March 2009 and provides his expertise in sustainable management, design and construction to assist Seven Oaks clients in achieving their green building goals. Pearson received a double major BA in Psychology and German from the University of Virginia and a MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
