Following completion of a six month engagement to assist the master-planning of its new City Center, Seven Oaks Company was engaged by the Chamblee Downtown Development Authority  (DDA) in the fall of 2018 to be the Master Developer for City Center project , and to continue to assist the City and the DDA with the disposition and development of other strategic City-controlled sites.
