Seven Oaks Company signed a multi-floor lease at 4004 Perimeter Summit with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI), a Top 20 nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm that will consolidate its metro Atlanta offices at Central Perimeter’s newest Class-A office tower. The 13-year agreement totals 49,544 SF of premium office space on the 7th and 8th floors, housing 200+ professionals. Perimeter Summit office park near the intersection of I-285 and Georgia 400, 4004 Perimeter Summit features world-class amenities, communal outdoor areas and a full menu of tenant-focused professional services, hospitality and community events. CRI will move into its new Atlanta headquarters during the first quarter of 2019 after completing the transition from three existing locations.

4004 Perimeter Summit delivered earlier this year, and is LEED Gold Certified and Wired Platinum Certified. The 355,000-square-foot tower also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike sharing program and bike room, and an eight-story parking deck with direct access to the building. A full-service Hyatt Hotel and several restaurants are within walking distance. Tenants can also enjoy complimentary shuttle service to nearby Dunwoody MARTA station and surrounding amenities.
