The Seven Oaks Team welcomed over 100 members of the Atlanta brokerage community, as well as local government officials and investor representatives from GE Asset Management, to celebrate the topping out of 4004 Summit. The project is on-time and on-budget, and is currently scheduled to deliver in early 4th quarter 2017 with significant leasing activity.
