Between several existing tenant expansions and new tenant activity, 300,000-square-foot Riverwood 200, Seven Oak’s Oaks’ venture with Highwoods Properties (www.highwoods.com) has now exceeded 85% leased and should soon exceed 91% occupied, making it the most successful large new speculative building in the Cumberland office market this development cycle. Highwoods and Seven Oaks are beginning initial design of a third building at Riverwood, Riverwood 300, with plans to be announced later in 2018.
