Seven Oaks, working with State Street Global Advisors for the General Electric Pension Trust, developed 4004 Summit, a 360,000-square-foot, 16-story Class A office building in Atlanta’s Perimeter marketplace. This office tower is the latest contribution to the three million-square-foot mixed-used development that contains a Hyatt Regency Hotel, residential condominiums, future luxury multifamily, and 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space. 4004 Summit is one of metro Atlanta’s premier office environments.

• Designed and entitled new office tower with a distinct personality and 21st century amenities. Project currently under construction, on time and within budget.
• Added 1/3-acre urban park in front of the building for outdoor plaza.
• Secured full county incentive package for project in an increasingly challenging community environment.
• Integrated adjustments to plan to allow for luxury multi-family apartment homes and led competitive selection process for GE Asset Management (GEAM).
