Seven Oaks Company principals have been involved in the active management and strategic direction of Perimeter Summit for nearly two decades. Over the last eight years, Seven Oaks Company has commissioned and secured LEED Gold and Silver status for two of the major buildings at Perimeter Summit (3003 and 2002 Summit), as well as LEED certification for the prestigious 1001 Summit. Seven Oaks’ management role and responsibilities include overall park management, property management of the four office buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet, active vertical office development and community interface.
