Randy Holmes joined Seven Oaks in 2006 as a principal and is responsible for securing new business opportunities, as well as the oversight of all asset management and development services for the firm. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce. Randy has led the efforts on Riverwood 200, the first multi-tenant Class A development in Atlanta since the Great Recession and 4004 Summit Boulevard, a 355,000-square-foot Class A office building in Atlanta’s Perimeter market. Randy received a BBA in risk management from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Randy has a long record of involvement in several community initiatives.  Especially active in the ULI Atlanta Chapter, Randy is a recurring participant in the ULI Young Leader Mentor Program and frequently serves as a judge for the NAIOP annual MBA case competition program. Randy and his family are members of Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church where he serves on the Board of Trustees and is a youth confirmation leader.
