Randy Holmes, Principal
Randy Holmes joined Seven Oaks in 2006 as a principal and is responsible for securing new business opportunities, as well as the oversight of all asset management and development services for the firm. Randy led the efforts on the 300,000- square foot Riverwood 200, the first multi-tenant Class A development in Atlanta since the great financial crisis and 4004 Summit Boulevard, a 355,000-square-foot Class A office building in Atlanta’s Perimeter market. He has also been spearheading Seven Oaks’ office and industrial developments in Chamblee. Randy received a BBA in risk management from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Randy has a long record of involvement in several community initiatives. Especially active in the ULI Atlanta Chapter, Randy is a member of the Atlanta Capital Markets Council and is a recurring participant in the ULI Young Leader Mentor Program. Randy and his family are members of Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church where he has served as chair of the Board of Trustees and Vision Committees and numerous other committees.
