Schroder Voyles, Vice President of Development
Schroder Voyles joined Seven Oaks Company in 2020 and supports the acquisition and development operations of the firm, with a focus on developing Seven Oaks industrial business. Prior to Seven Oaks, Schroder worked at Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. as a project manager. He supported real estate acquisitions, asset management, and development along the corridor with a focus on acquiring corridor property and sites for affordable housing, parks, and economic development uses. Prior to Atlanta BeltLine Inc., Schroder worked as a relationship manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group in Atlanta. His responsibilities at the bank included sourcing and underwriting new lending opportunities with Atlanta-based commercial real estate developers and owners.
Schroder is active with both ULI and NAIOP in Atlanta and is a graduate of both the ULI Center for Leadership and NAIOP Future Leaders programs. He was born and raised in Atlanta, graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate. Schroder and his family live in West Midtown and are members of All Souls Anglican off Bolton Road. Schroder previously served on vestry for All Souls Anglican during a period of great transition for the church when a new pastor, name and location was formalized.
