Seven Oaks Company was founded in 2004 by Bob Voyles, former Senior Vice President and Development Officer with Hines. He was joined a year later by Randy Holmes, one of his former Hines senior team members. Together, using their varied real estate skills, they have built a boutique real estate firm, focused on providing development management and asset & property management services to their many privately funded, family office, and institutional investor clients. Over the last 18 years, they have grown the firm to over 25 employees, while preserving the freedom and creativity as an entrepreneurial company and staying directly involved in every aspect of the business.

Bob and Randy are committed to making their communities stronger, and each give a significant amount of time to various charitable, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations around metro Atlanta and the Southeast, as well as mentoring younger members of the real estate community. Andrew Pearson, a 10-year member of the firm, recently joined Bob and Randy as a co-principal. Today, the firm is actively involved in various office, mixed use, and industrial developments and property management engagements, and is pursuing new opportunities throughout the Southeast.
