5520 Peachtree Road will be a catalyst for Chamblee Town Center coming summer 2021 . The recently adopted Seven Oaks Company master plan, alongside with planned and funded street, trail and civic improvements, are making the revitalization of Downtown Chamblee into a thriving transit-oriented community. 5520 Peachtree Road mixed use development is slated to include a 100,000 SF of office, approximately 20,000 SF of new restaurant/retail, 265 new multifamily apartments, and direct access to the Chamblee Rail Trail.
