Chris Breeden is a 20+ year veteran of Atlanta real estate. Chris’ real estate career encompasses time at two of the country’s finest real estate service firms, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. and PM Realty Group, first as a general manager and later as a senior property manager. In 2006, Chris joined Parkway Properties Inc. and rose to the position of vice president and asset manager for Parkway. Chris has been responsible for directing leasing and property management operations in both Atlanta and Philadelphia for portfolios in excess of three million square feet and supervising teams of over 25 people. Chris brings experience in the strategic repositioning of assets, delivery of building systems upgrades, and underwriting.

A licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Pennsylvania and a former chairman of the Buckhead Area Transportation Management Association (BATMA), Chris is a member of REGA, as well as Georgia State University’s Real Estate Alumni Group. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a dual major (BA/BS) in political science and economics, Chris also has an MS from Indiana University and an MBA in finance from Georgia State. Chris and his family are active members at Buckhead Church.
