Schroder Voyles started his career with Trimont Real Estate Advisors in 2009 in Atlanta.  Schroder’s 16 years of experience in commercial real estate have included special asset management, lending, acquisitions and development.  Schroder joined Seven Oaks Company in 2020 and supports the acquisition and development operations of the firm, with a focus on developing Seven Oaks industrial business.

Prior to Seven Oaks, Schroder worked as a relationship manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group, focused on sourcing and underwriting new lending opportunities.  Schroder also served as a project manager for Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. where he supported real estate acquisitions, asset management, and development along the corridor with a focus on acquiring corridor property and sites for affordable housing, parks, and economic development uses.

Schroder is active with both ULI and NAIOP in Atlanta and joined the ULI Creative Development Council in 2024.  He is a graduate of both the ULI Center for Leadership and NAIOP Future Leaders programs.

He was born and raised in Atlanta, graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate.  Schroder and his family live in Sandy Springs and are members of All Souls Anglican.  Schroder previously served on vestry for All Souls Anglican during a period of great transition for the church when a new pastor, name and location was formalized.
