  • Union Hill Township
    164 acres of land in joint venture between Seven Oaks Company and Devin Properties. Seven Oaks successfully master-planned and entitled the project in December 2006 for 983 residential units and 250,000 SF of commercial property. In the 18 months from March 2007 to September 2008 Seven Oaks assisted a continuing care retirement community in amending the Forsyth County zoning ordinance to allow for up to 20 units per acre for CCRC-type use and rezoned 84 acres of the site for such purposes. With the current economic downturn, Seven Oaks is currently engaged in exploring alternative uses for the site with the land owner.

ACQUISITIONS

  • Riverwood 100 and surrounding land
    Coordinated the assemblage and acquisition of approximately eight acres of land at Riverwood for future phases of development of the Riverwood mixed-use project in the Cumberland sub-market
  • Centergy North
    Seven acres of prime commercial property along downtown interstate connector in Midtown Atlanta closed in 2005 in joint venture with Kim King Associates and Brookdale Fund V.  One and a half acres sold to a student housing developer in 4Q 2013.
